Lets get started. Hopefully everyone is back from their biobreak or
cookie hunting mission.

This is a special routing and addressing plenary that the INT and RTG
ADs asked the IESG to allocate. We felt that with the IAB workshop
last year, the discussion in the San Diego plenary, and the
significant interest on this topic implied that the community would
like to discuss this topic. We will review where we are in terms of
this problem and what activities have either been started or will be
started in the IRTF and IETF on this. And at the end we'll open
it up for comments and discussion.

And we've asked Citizen Carpenter to hold a presentation that
the ADs prepared together. Brian, welcome back on the stage.
